The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are beautifully finished with soft furnishings, and the bed is extra comfortable. The dinner was excellent, but breakfast fell short. However, there were cobwebs over the curtains and ceiling which was disappointing.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were excellent - very comfortable, with gorgeous views of the famous Golden Valley. The onsite gardens, pool, and outdoor seating on the front and back terraces added to the charm. The staff was responsive, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, and the environment quiet. However, the decor looked a bit tired and could benefit from some redecoration and new carpet or flooring, although everything was very clean.
