The onsite gardens, pool, and outdoor seating on the front and back terraces added to the charm. The staff was responsive, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, and the environment quiet. However, the decor looked a bit tired and could benefit from some redecoration and new carpet or flooring, although everything was very clean.
